Ah, I don't know if any of you remember fortune quest - it was a goofy OAV series that really poked fun at the whole fantasy RPG genre. I have a few episodes around here, and it always amused me. Not much info available on the series online, but you can check this site out for scans of the LD covers, and this site for some cells of Pastel, the main female lead in the series... from whom inspiration of a sort came for today's drawing. I guess I've been toying with drawing the megatokyo characters in Fantasy RPG gear for a while now - after playing Skies of Arcadia this week, this sketch just sorta happened. Kimiko looks pretty serious here - but i don't think it bothers me. I think the drawing came out pretty good, considering. :)
