Here is a full version of the DPD for monday, december 9th over on Megatokyo. I came up with the idea for this image last week, and for some reason, it stuck with me. wings are a common theme in anime, and in many other forms of art as well. The most direct inspiration that percolated into this image are from Haibane Remnei and Saikano, but the ideas go deeper than that. I'm following a line of inspiration that is leading to a serious group of sketches depicting all of the Megatokyo girls in some sort of winged form. We'll see where this line of thought takes me.
