This drawing came out remarkably well, considering how quickly I had to do it. My deadline for the cover for Megatokyo book three came up a LOT quicker than expected - barely a week after the new MegaGear store opened and two weeks after San Diego Comic Con... yah, thanks tim. :P Anyways, the plan for Megatokyo books is to pair characters on the cover, and for book three its Miho and Ping. I sorta had the idea for this cover in my head for a long time, so it came out on paper pretty cleanly. the drawing itself was about four hours from first scribble to finished hardlines, and the coloring only took me a day. I've learned a lot about coloring over the past year, and it's amazing how much better things look when you plan ahead a little. Oh, i also did a mock up of the actual cover.
