Ah, the ever elusive ruriquake model for quake. I suppose one of these days I get around to trying to build her. RuriQuake is an odd concept, to say the least, but actually quite believable. There was something about the original sketch for this drawing that really grabbed me - something about the look that prompted me to clean up an color the sketch. Also, since little miss r-quake might a tiny little future in a certain online comic I am working on, I wanted to try and deviate her from the Ruri Hoshino character in small ways - coloration, etc. Anyhoo, aside from the fact that her clothing is a little too soft in texture (I might try to adjust a few things in the future) it's a pretty good image. The background is directly from the original sketch, just adjusted and modified to flavor. :)
